RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • The return applies only to products with manufacturing defects, products not requested in your order or damaged products. 
  • If you have received your order with any flaws or something that is not correct, please contact us at contact@alluream.com and we will resolve it immediately.
  • The return of products for any other important reason is subordinated to the current return policy. 
  • In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in the same state in which it was received, without any sign of use, within a period of less than 14 days from the date it was delivered.
  • When a product is accepted for return, the refund and the way it is issued may vary according to the condition of the product, the amount of time that has elapsed since its delivery and the way the purchase was made.
  •  The refund of the order will be made only after the analysis of the conditions of the product(s). The order may not show any signs of use, such as scratches or dirt, and must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Returns will be made to our warehouses located in Asia and the United States. Please contact us at contact@alluream.com so we can advise you which one is right for you.
  •  No claims, returns or refunds are accepted if the purchase was not made according to product specifications or size selection methodology.
  • The free shipping cost applies only to the initial shipment, if more changes are made the shipping costs will be charged to the customer from the second shipment so we suggest making a responsible purchase.
  • Coupons generated by returns or manufacturing defects are valid for 30 working days from the date they were provided.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with the original package. Please keep the receipt (if any).

          -Zip CodeIf any information is missing, Alluream will not be responsible for any failure to deliver your order.
  •  The return of products applies only if it meets the following requirements:
  • -It must be in the same state in which it was received, without any sign of use.
  • -In a period less than 14 days from the date it was given to you.
  • For any order valued above $70 usd you should consider using a secure anti-loss or misplacement shipping system.
  • Changes due to manufacturing defects must be analyzed based on the customer's request for the product purchased and the detail considered as a manufacturing defect. Some of the causes that will not proceed to make a change by manufacturing defect are
  • - Absence of the mentioned defect (the mentioned defect was not found)
  • - Improper use of the product.
  • - Inadequate size selection.
  • - Signs of accidental product damage.
  • - Natural wear and tear.
  • - Inadequate washing or maintenance of the product.
  • As soon as we receive your product and it has been reviewed by our staff, we will proceed to make your change by informing you of the new status of your product and the corresponding guide number when applicable.
  • If the product you want to change has a higher price than the product of the initial purchase: You will have to pay the difference in the amount of the new product ordered.
  • Returns will be made to our warehouses located in Asia. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at contact@alluream.com so we can advise you which one is right for you.
  • Returns or Gift Cards must be processed within 30 days from the day of receipt of the product and sent to our nearest warehouse. *Consult us for the return address.*
  • No returns that have been processed after 14 days will be valid.
  • The return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.
  • The products must be brand new and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs and government fees will not be refunded.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our return policy prevail in cases of misunderstanding.
